A. Sonic & SEGA Fan Jam is a not-for-profit fan run event hosted by fans in the community celebrating all things SEGA with video games developed by the company, interactive contests, gaming tournaments, and special guests involved with your favorite SEGA video games and media.

Q. Where will the event be held? 

A. The event will be held at the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center on 500 Powder Springs St, Marietta, GA 30064.

Q. What are the dates and time of the event?

A. The event will be held on Saturday, November 12th. The schedule is TBA. We will provide more information regarding the schedule soon. 

 

Q. Where can I buy badges?

A. You can buy badges on the Fan Jam website.

Q. Will there be an online event?

A. While the event will not have an online event, we do plan on streaming the event for those who are unable to make it.

 

Q. Can I pay indoor?

A. Yes, it will be the same price from our website ($28).

 

Q. Who all are the special guests at Sonic & SEGA Fan Jam REMIX?

A.  You can check out all of the special guests attending the event on our website.

Q. Where can I buy exclusive items from the event?

A. The exclusive items on the Kickstarter pre-badge sale are no longer available.

 

Q. What are your refund policies, in case something comes up and someone needs to cancel their plans?

Q. Will setups be provided by the event, or can we bring our own consoles/games?

A. Setups will be provided at the event. You can bring a controller for the selected tournaments (SA2 Battle and VF5: Ultimate Showdown)

A. Yes, we will have the following contests and tournaments at the event.

- Honey's SEGA Cosplay Show (Cosplay Contest)

Q. I would love to help out with this event, where can I sign up?

A: You can fill out an application to become a volunteer here which will end on August 15th. We are always looking for a helping hand.

 

Q. I’m interested in hosted a SEGA themed panel, where can I apply?

A. You can apply to be a panelist here until August 15th.

Q. I would like to sell merchandise, is there an artist alley at the event?

A. Unfortunately, artist alley and vendor applications are closed.
